concerts and such

it has been a while since my last entry. i had been having trouble posting pictures for quite some time, but i think i might have it figured out now. which means i should be posting much more frequently.

over the past couple of weekends jesse and i have gone to 2 concerts. the first one was darius rucker and brad paisley.

for that concert, we went with a lot of our san diego friends and jesse’s sister and husband. we had a lot of fun there.we had grass seats which were cheap, but we had to stand the whole time. the grass seats were more of a party atmosphere.

right before the concert started, the ticket sales people were offering upgraded seats for $5. at the time we didnt take it because we had so many people with us, but we vowed to do it next time we came. the ticket sales people were also selling tickets for the rascal flatts concert in 2 weeks. we got them for $12 a ticket!!

2 weeks later we came back vowing to pay for the upgraded seats so we wouldnt have to stand the whole time. we did it and got great seats with cupholders for a total of $17 a ticket. it was awesome. jesse and i went with wes and brittany. it was really fun to see rascal flatts. we had never been to one of their concerts before, so we were very excited. they have so many great songs!!!

the concert was just as amazing as everyone had told us. chris young and kellie pickler opened for them. rascall flatts played the majority of their greatest hits. what’s funny is that even though we had seats so we didnt have to stand the whole time, we ended up standing the whole time.

the batteries died in my camera that night so i only have these ones that jesse and brittany took.
