my sister in law, sonia, was taken off of work. she is pregnant and due early july. she is anemic and has high blood pressure. they want to keep monitoring her regularly so she doesnt become preeclampic. for those of who know she is vincent's mom. (i watch vincent 3 days a week while his mom and dad go to work). so after this week, i wont have vincent until after his sister arrives. i will miss him. he is so delightful and happy...most of the time. he has a horrible cough and was told he has croup. sonia started giving him his steroids but that only lasted 2 doses. it made him SUPER hyper. it is getting better though. no swine flu here! :)
on saturday, i went up to my moms to finish a project i was making for a friends bridal shower. i cant share about it yet. i will once the shower is over, which is this saturday. lets just say it turned out great!! i am very happy with the results. hopefully brittany will love it as much i do. both jesse and i are in wes and brit's wedding. it is approaching very fast. june 11. i also get my bridesmaid's dress this saturday. i am excited to see it. cant wait.
jesse leaves tomorrow for las vegas. it is for wes' bachelor party. they have a very fun weekend planned. he stays there until sunday morning, on which he flies out to orlando for his conference. the conference that he is presenting at!!!! how crazy.
sunday is the day me, my mom, jj and ellie also fly out to orlando. while jesse is at his conference we will do the walt disney world trip. we are planning to go to 3 parks. jesse will join us on wednesday to go to the wild kingdom animal park. we cant wait. the kids cant wait. it seems they are more excited to fly on an airplane. this will be ellie's first airplane ride and jj's third ride. i will be happy when we finally get there. trying to plan and figure everything out is exhausting, and i havent even started the trip. we are going to try and go as frugal as possible. we are eating in the room, packing lunches and only eating out at dinner. i will let everyone know my great deals once they follow through. jj is on independent study for the week, so he will have homework to do. my mother in law is watching diego for me while we are away. i really owe her big time!!! wish jesse luck and pray that he does well at the conference. this is his first big thing.
i will be spending the next couple of days packing away. i just finished laundry so i can have clean clothes to pack. you know...i dont think jj has enough underwear to put him through the trip. i will have to double check that.
in case no one has clicked on the links on the side of the blog, i am telling you that you should. both blogs are awesome. stellan's story is really incredible. she just got back home after a month in the hospital and a surgery on her baby boy. they are doing much better. pray for stellan. the other blog is really touching. right now, she is in india with compassion ministries. such an eye opener. i highly recommend them.
i probably wont post again until after we get back, i will keep everyone posted on our trip and fun expeditions. pray that we have a nice flight with no screaming kids...i am referring to mine.
