10 on 10

the 10th of april fell on a saturday, which means i had a lot going on to take pictures of. when it falls during the week, i find it harder to take pictures of things.

this picture was taken during something i was doing that is a surprise. so i cant tell you what it is, where it was taken, or who i was with. you can use your imagination though. :)

the flowers in our front yard have bloomed!!! i planted this particular plant 2 years ago, it was no bigger than a basketball. it has grown more than 10 times it’s original size. i love the color!

since we were gone during easter, i didnt bake a ham. i did make one a couple days ago, though. we will be having leftovers for quite some time.

jj had a tball game today. he did really well. he hit well and he got to play first base. he still needs some work on catching.

he got a ground rule double on all of his hits!

gaga donna came to watch jj at his game. they were making silly faces. that was the only way jj would take a picture with them.

we had hotdogs for dinner. this was ellie’s hotdog. she likes only mustard. jj likes ketchup and relish.

i hate laundry!!! to most people, it would make sense to do a load everyday, so it doesnt all pile up. not to me. i hate it so much i let it pile up and will do it every 10 days or so. this time i had 8 loads to do. ewwwwwww.

so that’s it. a day in the life of our family.
