spring break is over! :( back to school on monday, but i can say that we were very productive in getting things done and doing fun things this break. lets start from the top...
first, i let the kids make cookies. super fun and messy but worth it.
the next day i decided to make aprons for the girls and pajama pants for the boys. they all turned out pretty good if i do say so myself. i don't have a picture of the finished products, but i actually impressed myself a little bit.
the next big thing we did was have a mini bday photo shoot. my niece had been begging for a photo shoot for her bday pictures and since she turns 11 tomorrow and ellie turns 5 on monday and my nephew turns 5 in april, it was the perfect time for updated pictures. it also gave me a chance to be a little more creative in my photo taking skills. i am NOT a photographer, i just like pretending i know what i am doing. the practice helps me and lets me try new things and new editing options. i do think the pictures turned out awesome considering i did them. i'm sure they could be better, but i am happy with the results. here are some of my favorite pics of the day.
