report card time!

today jj was sent home from school with his report card. last trimester he did really well. all 4's and 3's. this time it was even better. he only had 3 3's on his entire report card. they were all in language arts. all his math scores were 4's. his teacher wrote a little something about how he is doing. she had all good things to say about him and his academics. she had this to say about his behavior, "JJ is still working on controlling his behavior. He has made some improvements, but frequently his desire to entertain others overpowers his desire to follow classroom rules." when i read that to jesse over the phone, he laughed. for those of you who really know jesse, know this is "like father like son".
